HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO REPAIR MY CREDIT?

It is impossible to predict the final actions of any creditor, debt collector or credit bureau. While no two cases are identical, clients may expect to see changes within 45-90 days, while for others it may be 120 days. It is important to understand that everyone's credit is unique, and the progress of your case will depend on how each credit bureau responds.

WHAT CAN BE REMOVED FROM MY CREDIT REPORTS?

Any items that are being reported in accurately, unverifiable or outdated including:

  • Collection Accounts

  • Bankruptcies

  • Foreclosures

  • Late Payments

  • Outdated Personal Information

  • Charge Off's

WHAT HAPPENS TO THE ACCOUNTS THAT ARE REMOVED?

Removing anything from your credit report does not remove your obligation to that debt. You are still legally liable for the debt, and should settle it within the statute of limitations for your state.
